Works with Tally, Razorpay and WhatsApp

Tally
Many businesses here keep Tally for their CA, so new software usually feeds it. TallyPrime takes XML requests on a local port (9000 by default) and shares data over ODBC, so the software we build can post sales and purchase vouchers, create ledgers and read stock or balances.
The catch: Tally must be open, with the company loaded, on a computer the software can reach.

Razorpay
UPI, cards, netbanking and payment links on WhatsApp, matched to the invoice or order. Schools and societies can collect monthly fees the same way.
The standard plan charges 2% on most domestic payments (2.15% on corporate cards, up to 3% on international cards), plus 18% GST on that fee, with no setup or annual charge. Open the account in your business’s name so money settles to your bank.

Invoices, reminders and order updates sent from the software through the official WhatsApp Business API. Our platform, PayPerWA, charges ₹0.20 per message including GST, on every message including replies, on top of Meta’s charge.
Meta’s India rates are ₹0.8631 per marketing message and ₹0.115 per utility, authentication or service message. Since 1 October 2026 service replies are charged too, but the first 1,000 service messages per business number each month are free of Meta’s charge, and chats started from a click-to-WhatsApp ad get a free window of up to 7 days.

A fixed price once the scope is agreed
The quote lists modules, user roles, integrations and main screens. Once you accept it, the price holds. Anything new you think of halfway is quoted first.
40/40/20 payments
40% to start, 40% at a milestone written into the quote, and the last 20% only when the software goes live.
The code and IP are yours on final payment
After the last payment the source code and IP belong to your business, so any developer can take the software forward.
6 months of free bug fixes
For six months after launch, any bug in what we built is fixed at no charge. Anything new is quoted on its own.

When another firm suits you better
- A government tender that asks for CMMI, ISO or state empanelment needs a firm holding those papers, which we do not claim.
- If you want a big team in your office every day, pick a larger local firm; we work remotely over WhatsApp, calls and email.

What a Lucknow business needs from software depends more on its trade than its size. These patterns come from public sources, not client stories.
Wholesale in Yahiyaganj and Aminabad. Yahiyaganj is among the city’s biggest wholesale markets for cloth, spices, dry fruit and household goods. Traders there need quick GST bills at a busy counter, dealer-wise rates, credit limits per party and e-way bills. A ready billing or inventory product often covers it; custom work starts when dealers want their own login.
Factories in Talkatora, Chinhat, Amausi and Sarojini Nagar. These are the district’s established industrial areas. The usual problem is following material from purchase to production to dispatch: what came in, what each job used, and what left on which invoice. That is ERP work, with Tally kept for accounts.
Hospitals on Shaheed Path and Kanpur Road. Medanta and Apollomedics sit in this belt of hospitals and nursing homes. UP hospitals on Ayushman Bharat were moved to the HEM 2.0 empanelment portal through SACHIS, and in May 2026 the state acted against about 200 private hospitals that had not met its standards.
