These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Codingclave Development LLP. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Codingclave provides custom software development services including website development, mobile app development, e-commerce solutions, CRM/ERP systems, UI/UX design, and ongoing maintenance.
Each project begins with a detailed proposal outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. Changes may result in additional charges.
Upon full payment, 100% of IP rights for custom code, designs, and deliverables are transferred to you.
We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it without written consent.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
We warrant that our work will substantially conform to the agreed specifications with a reasonable bug-fix period after delivery.
Either party may terminate with written notice. You will be billed for completed work, and deposits refunded pro-rata.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
