On the Indian agency pages that rank on Google’s first page for these searches, published monthly rupee prices run from ₹1,499 to ₹19,800, and one agency’s FAQ goes up to ₹29,999. Only a few say how many hours of work the price buys, or how fast someone starts when the site goes down. Our three plans:
An AMC (annual maintenance contract) is the same plan paid for a year in advance, 15% cheaper: ₹51,000, ₹1,02,000 and ₹2,04,000 a year. Prices are before 18% GST; hosting, the domain and paid plugin licences are extra.

Working days and office hours are Mon–Sat, 10:00–19:00 IST. “Work starts” means a person is on the problem, not that it is fixed; a hacked site or a failed server can take longer to put right, and we tell you how long once we have looked.

Monthly Plan or Yearly AMC: How the Numbers Work
An AMC (annual maintenance contract) is the same plan, with the same hours and start times, paid for 12 months in advance at 15% off.
Instead of ₹60,000: you save ₹9,000. With 18% GST, ₹60,180.
Instead of ₹1,20,000: you save ₹18,000. With 18% GST, ₹1,20,360.
Instead of ₹2,40,000: you save ₹36,000. With 18% GST, ₹2,40,720.
How to calculate any AMC quote
Take the monthly fee, multiply by 12, take off the discount, add 18% GST, then add hosting, the domain and any paid licences, which are billed on their own. For Business Care: ₹10,000 × 12 = ₹1,20,000; less 15% = ₹1,02,000; with GST, ₹1,20,360 on the invoice. Check that the yearly contract lists the same hours and response times as the monthly plan.
If you leave a yearly plan early
We price the months you used at the monthly rate and refund the rest. Leave Business Care after 4 months, and 4 × ₹10,000 = ₹40,000 is used; you get ₹62,000 back. Our advice: start monthly, read two or three reports, then move to the yearly price.

Which Sites We Look After, and Which Plan Fits

Most of the sites people ask us to look after. Plugin conflicts are where WordPress usually breaks, so updates go to a staging copy first, the plugin list stays short, and an abandoned plugin gets replaced before it turns into a security hole.

The same four steps whether we built your site or not.
You send the address
We check what anyone can see from outside: certificate and domain expiry, the platform and any versions it shows, Google’s Safe Browsing status, and real-visitor speed data where Google has it. You get a short note and the plan we would suggest, with your free quote, within 24 hours.
You give us access, and keep the accounts
You add us as a user on each account, and every account stays registered to you: domain registrar, DNS, hosting panel, CMS admin, code repository, Search Console and Analytics, and the payment gateway on stores. Every login goes into an access register you keep a copy of.
A full backup before we change anything
We take an off-site backup of the files and the database and check that it opens, set up the staging copy, and switch on the monitors. Nothing gets updated until that backup exists.
First month: hardening and the first report
Pending updates go through staging, admin users get two-factor login, unused plugins and old accounts are removed, and the first weekly form test runs. The month ends with your first report.
When the health check finds a problem
If the site is already hacked, runs a pirated (“nulled”) theme or plugin, or sits on a PHP version that no longer gets security fixes, we quote a one-off fix first and start the plan once the site is clean. Pirated themes and plugins get replaced with licensed copies that you buy from the vendor. A monthly fee can’t make up for a site that is already compromised, so we fix that first.
When Something Breaks: What Happens, in Order
- 1The monitor or you raise it. The uptime check runs every 5 minutes, day and night, and alerts you and us. You can also message us on WhatsApp.
- 2We reply and start. A reply within 2 hours, and work starts within 4, 2 and 1 office hours on Brochure Care, Business Care and Store & App Care.
- 3The site comes back first. We roll back the last update or restore the last good backup, so your customers see a working site while we look for the cause.
- 4Then we fix the cause. An update, the server, an expired certificate, a hack, or the mail settings behind a form: we find which one and fix it.
- 5And write it down. What happened, what we did and what we changed so it does not happen again goes into that month’s report.
Not on a plan yet? A one-off fix is quoted after we have looked.
Outside office hours
We work Mon–Sat, 10:00–19:00 IST. At night and on Sundays the monitors still run and alert us, and your plan’s start time (within 4, 2 and 1 office hours, by plan) counts from the next office hour. We don’t sell 24/7 cover or an uptime percentage, and we would rather say so here than in small print.
When it is your host’s or gateway’s fault
We find the cause, raise the ticket with them and follow it up as part of your plan. We can’t fix another company’s servers, so our start times cover our work, not theirs.

Brochure Care: quoted at the extra-hour rate, estimate first. Business Care: one a year included. Store & App Care: included while you are on the plan. Once the site is clean, we ask Google to review it if it was flagged.

What are your website maintenance package prices?
The rupee prices agencies publish on Google’s first page run from ₹1,499 to ₹19,800 a month on their plan cards (one agency’s FAQ goes up to ₹29,999), and freelancers often charge ₹2,000–₹8,000. Ours are ₹5,000, ₹10,000 and ₹20,000 a month before 18% GST, with 2, 6 and 15 hours of changes. Hosting and the domain are paid separately.

How much does it cost to hire someone to maintain a website?
The hourly rates published on Google’s first page include ₹700 an hour (Nikitha’s 5-hour pack) and $20 an hour (VOCSO’s standard rate). Our plans work out at about ₹1,000 for each hour of work they include, and extra hours are ₹1,000 (USD 15), only after you approve the estimate.
Do you maintain websites built by another company?
Yes. We start with a free health check from the address and a written note of what we found. If the site is hacked, uses a pirated (“nulled”) theme or plugin, or runs on a PHP version without security fixes, we quote a one-off fix before the plan starts.
Is there a free trial of the maintenance plans?
No. Our 2-day free trial is for our ready-made software products. The maintenance plans are month to month with no lock-in instead, so the most you commit to is one month.
What happens to unused hours, and what if I need more?
Unused change hours roll over for 1 month, then lapse. If a job needs more, we send an estimate first; extra hours are ₹1,000 (USD 15) each. Routine work (updates, backups, tests and the report) never uses your change hours.
Is GST extra?
Yes. Our INR prices are before 18% GST, so Business Care is ₹11,800 a month on the invoice. Clients outside India are billed in US dollars, except where our UAE, Australia or Canada pages quote local prices.
Do you offer 24/7 support or an uptime guarantee?
No. We work Mon–Sat, 10:00–19:00 IST. The monitors check your site every 5 minutes at all hours and alert you and us, and your plan’s start time (within 4, 2 and 1 office hours, by plan) counts from the next office hour. We don’t promise an uptime percentage, because your host’s servers are outside our control.
