Overview
What we build for US buyers: white-label web and Shopify work for agencies, MVPs and SaaS first versions, online stores, apps and custom software. You get one fixed price in US dollars once the scope is agreed. Our working day falls in the US night, so a brief sent at the end of your business day is answered before your next morning on our working days.

Quick answer
Can a US company work with a small team in India?
Yes, when three things are in writing before you pay: the scope, the payment milestones and who owns the code. With us that means one fixed USD price once the scope is agreed, payments of 40% at the start, 40% at a mid-project milestone and 20% at launch, and all source code and IP passing to you on final payment. It suits work you can describe in writing and review on your own schedule, because our day is your night. It is the wrong choice if you need a developer in your meetings during US hours, on site, or handling US health data.
- Fixed USD price once the scope is agreed
- Payments tied to milestones you can open and check
- Code and IP yours on final payment
- Free bug fixes for 6 months after launch
- Replies within 2 hours in our working hours (IST)

Four ways a US business can work with us
Most US buyers who write to an Indian team arrive with one of four jobs. Each has its own page with the prices, the terms that matter for that job and the questions we get asked about it.
Agencies that need build capacity under their own name
WordPress, Next.js and Shopify builds, fixes and monthly care for your clients' sites, done in your tools and delivered under your brand. The agency is our client, so we only speak to your client if you ask us to. Start with white-label web development for US agencies or white-label Shopify development.
Founders who need a first version at a fixed price
A lean MVP, a SaaS first version with subscriptions, or a prototype built in Lovable, Bolt or Claude Code that now needs real sign-in, a sound data model and tests. The tiers and what each one leaves out are on MVP development cost and SaaS development cost.
Small businesses that want a store, an app or a system priced up front
A Shopify store, an iOS and Android app, or a CRM or client portal that replaces spreadsheets. See what a Shopify store costs to build, app development cost in India and custom software development cost, each in US dollars.
Teams adding a developer by the month
One or two developers working inside your codebase and your tickets. A monthly developer is quoted once we know the stack and the hours, so no monthly rate of ours appears on this page. Hiring Indian developers from the US covers market rates, contracts and how to vet any team first.

How a project runs with a team 9½ to 13½ hours ahead of the US mainland
India keeps one clock all year, at UTC+5:30, so the gap to the US changes twice a year when US clocks do. In summer we are 9½ hours ahead of New York and 12½ ahead of Los Angeles; after the first Sunday in November it is 10½ and 13½. Our day, Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 19:00 IST, falls while most of the US is asleep. The table shows it in each US zone.
You brief at the end of your day
Send the brief, the feedback or the bug report before you log off. We read it at the start of our day, and questions come back within 2 hours in our working hours, so they are waiting when you sit down the next morning.
Decisions travel in writing
Scope, changes and sign-offs go by email or in the tool you already use, with a link wherever there is something to look at, such as a staging site or a preview build. Written decisions survive a 10-hour gap better than a call nobody minuted.
Calls by arrangement, not by default
If you want a video call, ask for one and we agree the time in writing. There is no standing US call window, and we would rather say that plainly than promise hours we don't keep.
Holidays and deadlines
Sundays and Indian public holidays are not working days for us. Before you agree a launch date, ask which holidays fall inside the timeline, the same question you would put to any team abroad.

What goes wrong with offshore teams, and the check that catches each
The same failures come up again and again in forum threads about offshore work. Each check below works on any vendor, us included; after it is the term we put in writing.
The code has to be rebuilt
Check: open something the team built that is still live, and ask for a short code sample from a similar job. Polished screenshots prove nothing. Our side: the live projects under work you can open can be clicked through today, and every build gets free bug fixes for 6 months after launch.
The scope was never written down
Check: refuse a price until there is a written scope that lists what is excluded. Our side: one fixed USD price once the scope is agreed; anything outside that scope becomes a new quote you can accept or decline, never a surprise on the final invoice.
Everything was paid up front
Check: never pay more than a first installment before you have seen working software. Our side: 40% at the start, 40% at a mid-project milestone you can open and check, and 20% at launch.
You can’t get the code
Check: the contract must say when the code and the IP become yours, and you should know where the code lives during the build. Our side: all source code and IP pass to you on final payment.
Messages go unanswered
Check: before you sign, send the vendor a real question and time the answer. Our side: replies within 2 hours in our working hours (IST) and a free written quote within 24 hours. Try us with the form below.
Extras appear after launch
Check: ask what the price leaves out: hosting, domains, app store accounts, paid plugins and third-party fees are the usual ones. Our side: the written quote lists what is excluded next to what is included.

Paying from the US, and who owns the code
How you pay
In US dollars, by direct bank transfer to our USD account. Projects are paid in three parts: 40% at the start, 40% at a mid-project milestone and 20% at launch. Care plans are billed monthly in advance and run month to month.
What the invoice says
Invoices come from Codingclave Development LLP in India, in US dollars, with no Indian GST added. Whether any US tax applies to services you buy from abroad depends on your state and your business, so ask your accountant.
When the code becomes yours
All source code and IP pass to you on final payment. Domains, hosting, app store and payment accounts are best opened in your own company's name from the start, so nothing has to be transferred later.

Work you can open
We don't name US clients on this page. Here is what you can check yourself, with the platform each one runs on.
WordPress and PHP platforms
ESMED (esmed.org), the European Society of Medicine: a WordPress and PHP platform for journal publishing, peer review and membership.
20+ UP Government Polytechnic websites
One template system rolled out across 20+ government polytechnics in Uttar Pradesh, each run by its own staff; gpunnao.com is one of them. The case study lists the others.
Web apps, stores and a Next.js build
correctprices.com, a pricing-audit tool for retailers whose app sits behind the client's login (only the home page is public), and richakhemka.com, a Shopify storefront we worked on (the site footer credits Overnight Digital). Our WooCommerce work includes a pharmacy store for Anand Medico Chemist; that site now runs on another stack, so our build can't be opened. The Dubai Digital Xchange summit site was built on Next.js with Sanity; the organizers have since moved the domain to another builder, so there is no live link.
Our own products
PayPerWA, the WhatsApp Business API platform we operate, plus our multi-tenant hotel management software and society management software. They show the kind of multi-tenant and billing work a SaaS first version needs.
Reviews on platforms you already know
4.9 on Google from 92 reviews (our Lucknow profile), 5.0 from 35 Upwork reviews and 5.0 from 58 Freelancer reviews, all on public profiles you can read: Upwork and Freelancer.

Work we turn down, and when a US firm fits better
Saying no early saves both sides a week of emails. These are the jobs we pass on.
Anything that touches US health data
We don't take work that stores or processes protected health information (PHI), and we don't sign Business Associate Agreements. Go to a US firm that runs a HIPAA program and will sign one.
Vendors who must show compliance certificates
We hold no SOC 2 report and no ISO 27001 certificate. If your procurement team asks every vendor for one, we will not get through it, and it is better you know now.
Same-hours or on-site staffing
If a developer has to join your standup at 10 a.m. Eastern every day or work from your office, hire locally or from a team in the Americas. Our hours are Mon–Sat 10:00–19:00 IST, which is the US night.
Contracts that require a US-registered supplier
Federal, state and city contracts open only to US-registered businesses, or to staff working in the US, are out of reach for an Indian LLP. The same goes for private contracts with a US-supplier clause.

Prices in US dollars
Our prices in US dollars
These are project prices, not hourly rates. For scale, the US Bureau of Labor Statistics puts the median annual wage of a US software developer at $135,980 (May 2025), before benefits. Where a job lands inside a band depends on its screens, roles and integrations, and the written quote says which.
Business website (custom design, Next.js or WordPress)
Custom design in Next.js or WordPress, pages your team can edit, forms that reach your inbox, speed and SEO basics, and a handover of every login.
Online store (Shopify, WooCommerce or custom)
A Shopify, WooCommerce or custom store with products loaded, payments, shipping, tax settings and the refund, delivery, terms and contact pages; a live test order placed together before handover.
Simple app: catalog, menu, notices or an inquiry form (iOS + Android)
A small iOS and Android app from one codebase: a catalog, menu, notices or an inquiry form, published under your own Apple and Google accounts.
App with login, a backend and an admin panel (iOS + Android)
An app with user sign-in, a backend, an admin panel and payments or bookings, built in Flutter or React Native.
Custom software, CRM, portal or SaaS first version
A CRM, client portal, internal tool, MVP or SaaS first version, with roles, an admin view and the integrations in your scope.
Business Care: business sites with a blog and forms, and small stores
Monthly care for a business site or small store: updates tested on a staging copy, daily off-site backups and a set number of change hours each month.

Project prices are our international USD price list, the same figures as on our service pages; the tier prices inside each band were set in October 2026. You get one fixed USD price once the scope is agreed. The simple-app price ($600–$1,500) was set in October 2026 from our starting price for simple apps in India, 50,000 rupees. Projects are paid in US dollars, 40% at the start, 40% at a mid-project milestone and 20% at launch, by direct bank transfer to our USD account. Care plans are billed monthly in advance, month to month, by direct bank transfer to our USD account. Invoices come from Codingclave Development LLP in India, in US dollars, with no Indian GST added. How we put this page together
Researched and written on October 25, 2026, with AI help, for Ashish Sharma to check before it is published. The BLS wage figure and the offshore-companies list were read live that day on the pages in the sources. Every USD price on this page is ours: the international USD list our service pages already show, plus a tier for simple apps set in October 2026.
