International pricing is available in USD, GBP, AED and CAD. Every plan includes all features and modules; the price difference is hosting and support, not capability.

Yes. The ₹1,00,000 one-time licence includes full source code, so you can self-host on your own server, customise the code, and white-label it under your own brand — with no per-room or per-user recurring fees. We include free installation, onboarding and 3 months of support; ongoing updates are available as an optional annual plan. Yes. Manage several hotels from one login with property-wise users, rates and reports plus a consolidated group dashboard. Yes. The channel manager syncs rates, availability and restrictions two-way with MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia and Airbnb. An OTA booking appears in your calendar with its rate plan and commission, and the room is removed from every other channel within minutes, which is what prevents double bookings.

Yes. The included booking engine embeds in your website as a widget or a hosted booking page, shows live availability and rates, takes UPI, card or net-banking payment through your gateway, and sends instant confirmations on WhatsApp, SMS and email. Direct bookings carry no commission.

Yes. Folios apply CGST/SGST or IGST based on place of supply, carry SAC codes for accommodation and food and beverage, and apply the GST slab configured for each room tariff. It supports advance receipts, split and company folios, credit notes and GST sales registers your accountant can export for GSTR filing. Multi-currency and local tax handling is available for UAE, UK and other international deployments.

Migration is free on every plan. We import your room types, rate plans, guest list and upcoming bookings from Excel or from your current PMS export, map your OTA channels, and train your front-desk and housekeeping staff. Most single properties are live within a week; multi-property groups within two to three weeks.

You do. On the self-hosted licence the database runs on your own server. On the cloud plan your hotel has its own isolated database with encrypted daily backups, SSL and uptime monitoring, and you can export guests, bookings and invoices to Excel/CSV at any time. Staff access is role-based (owner, manager, front desk, housekeeping) and every folio change is audit-logged.

A self-hosted installation on your property LAN keeps check-in, check-out, billing and housekeeping running without internet; the channel manager resumes OTA sync when connectivity returns. On the cloud plan the system is reachable from any device with a connection, including a mobile hotspot, and OTA bookings continue to be captured on our servers so nothing is lost.

Yes to both. The same system runs an 8-room homestay or a 300-room resort; you simply configure fewer rooms and users. The restaurant POS module is included: dine-in and room-service orders post to the guest folio, KOTs print in the kitchen, and spa, laundry and travel-desk charges are added as extras, so the guest gets one consolidated GST bill at checkout.
