Below about 150 flats, a ₹20 plan costs less each month than our ₹2,999, and MaintainEase's ₹15 rate for societies above 100 flats stays below it up to about 200 flats. GateKeeperZero's ₹9 Standard plan, sold for up to 300 flats, costs less than ours at every size it covers; above 300 flats its ₹15 Premium plan applies. So if your society has 60 flats, the per-flat app is the smaller monthly bill, and we would rather you heard it from us. Check what each plan covers, too: Society Mitra's ₹10 Basic plan has no visitor or complaint module, and MaintainEase sells visitor management as an add-on and lists complaints as coming next.
At 100 flats, ₹29,999 equals 15 months of a ₹20-a-flat plan; at 200 flats, about 7.5 months. Add what your server costs a year before you compare, because with the licence the hosting bill is yours.

Where vendors publish a price, it is per flat per month: on 23 October 2026, GateKeeperZero’s Standard plan was ₹9 (billed yearly), Society Mitra ₹10 to ₹20 and MaintainEase ₹20 (₹15 above 100 flats). MyGate, ADDA and NoBrokerHood quote each society on request. Ours is one price for the whole society: ₹2,999 a month on our cloud, or ₹29,999 once to run on your own server.
About ₹60 a flat at 50 flats, ₹30 at 100 and ₹15 at 200. The ₹29,999 licence comes to about ₹600, ₹300 and ₹150 a flat, paid once, with your server’s cost on top. Confirm the price for your flat count when you ask for a quote.
The licence (₹29,999) is installed on your own server and comes with the source code; you pay for the server and whoever looks after it. The monthly plan (₹2,999) runs on our cloud, we do the updates, backups and security, and you can cancel anytime. Both include every module.

Yes, by UPI or card. The receipt is made automatically and the flat’s ledger updates when the payment comes in, so the treasurer does not type receipts.
The guard logs each visitor. Residents can pre-approve guests, delivery staff get a gate pass, the attendance of maids, cooks and drivers is recorded, and residents can see the entry and exit log.
The accounts module keeps income, expenses, vendor payments and funds, and gives income and expense statements, collection reports, defaulter lists, fund utilisation reports and a balance sheet. Ask your auditor to look at those reports in the demo before the committee decides.
Each of them lets the society export its data (see what each one exports). Importing another app’s export is not listed in either of our plans, so we do not promise it up front: send us the column headings or a sample with names removed, and we will tell you in writing whether moving it is covered or quoted separately.

If your society only needs a gate log and basic billing for now, a free tier may do: GateKeeperZero lists a free Basic plan up to 100 flats, and FlatConnect says it is free for all of 2026 (both checked on 23 October 2026).
