Both plans include every module, free onboarding, data migration and staff training; the difference is hosting and support, not features.

The HRMS covers core HR: records, attendance, leave, recruitment, appraisals and self-service. It captures UAN, ESIC number, PAN and bank details and produces clean attendance and leave inputs, so when you add our Payroll Management Software, PF (EPF/EPS), ESI, Professional Tax and TDS are calculated and ECR, ESI return and Form 16 files generated with one sync. It integrates with ZKTeco, eSSL and Matrix biometric and RFID devices, pulling punches automatically; other devices that export punch logs can be mapped on request. Field and remote staff can mark attendance from the mobile app with GPS location and a selfie, restricted to geo-fenced sites you define.

Yes, and migration is free on both plans. We import employee masters, leave balances, attendance history and documents from Excel or from a CSV export of any existing HRMS. Most teams of up to 500 employees go live within two weeks, including policy setup and staff training.

You do. On the self-hosted licence the database sits on your own server. On the cloud plan your company gets its own isolated database with encrypted daily backups, and you can export everything to Excel/CSV at any time, including if you leave. Access is role-based (HR, manager, employee), every change is audit-logged, and employee logins support OTP verification.

Biometric devices store punches in their own memory and push them to the HRMS when connectivity returns, so no attendance is lost. The mobile app queues GPS check-ins offline and syncs later. A self-hosted installation on your office LAN keeps working for all users even without an internet connection.

Yes. The Android and iOS app lets employees punch in, apply for leave, regularise attendance, view payslips and letters, and raise requests; managers approve leave and attendance from the same app. The web portal works on any browser.

Yes. Both plans use your logo and colours. Because the one-time licence includes source code, you can add fields, workflows, letter templates or integrations with your ERP, accounting or payroll software yourself, or have our team build them at a fixed quote.
