Yes. PayPerWA is built entirely on Meta's official WhatsApp Business Cloud API. Every message goes through Meta's verified infrastructure, which means full compliance, green-tick eligibility, and zero risk of your number getting banned — unlike unofficial bulk senders that scrape the consumer app.

PayPerWA charges a platform fee of ₹0.20 per message (or US$0.004 per message). It is charged on top of Meta's own WhatsApp charges. Since 1 July 2025 Meta bills per delivered template message, at a rate set by the template category (marketing, utility or authentication) and the recipient's country. Since 1 October 2026 Meta also charges for utility templates sent inside the 24-hour customer service window, and for service replies (at the same rate as a utility message in that market) once a business number has used its 1,000 free service messages for the month. Messages sent inside a free entry point window, which opens when a customer messages you from a Click to WhatsApp ad and can stay open for up to 7 days, stay free of Meta's charge. Your wallet shows Meta's charge and the PayPerWA fee as separate lines. There is no monthly subscription, no setup fee and no minimum commitment.

Those platforms charge a monthly or quarterly plan and add their own markup to Meta's rate. PayPerWA has no plan at all: you pay ₹0.20 per message, GST included, on top of Meta's charges, and nothing in a month you send nothing. With 18% GST counted on both sides, 10,000 marketing messages a month cost ₹12,185 on PayPerWA against ₹12,822 on Interakt Starter, ₹14,632 on AiSensy Basic and ₹15,760 on WATI Growth at their published prices on 29 October 2026. It is not cheaper for everyone: above about 18,600 marketing messages a month Interakt Starter costs less, and if most of your messages are order updates or OTPs, Interakt and AiSensy cost less per message. Compare the totals at your own volume before you choose.

No. Bans happen with tools that use the regular WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app via unofficial automation — Meta detects and blocks those within hours. PayPerWA only uses the official Cloud API on a dedicated business number, so bans are not a concern as long as you follow Meta's template and opt-in rules.
