How to Request
3 Ways to Delete Your Data
Choose whichever method is most convenient for you.

From Your Dashboard
- Log into your account at payperwa.com
- Navigate to Settings → Security
- Click "Delete My Account"
- This permanently removes your account and all associated data

Via Email
- Send an email to hello@codingclave.com
- Subject: "Data Deletion Request"
- Include your registered email address and phone number
- We will process your request within 7 business days

Via WhatsApp
- Message +91-9277184741
- Include your registered email
- Mention that you want your data deleted
- We will confirm once the deletion is complete
Scope
What Data Gets Deleted
The following categories of data will be permanently removed upon your request.
Account information (name, email, phone, business details)
All uploaded contacts
Campaign history and reports
Message templates
Wallet balance and transaction history
Support tickets and conversations
Important
Please Note
Read these important points before submitting your request.
Data deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
Any remaining wallet balance will be forfeited upon account deletion.
We may retain certain data as required under Indian law (GST invoices, financial records) for up to 7 years.
Data deletion will be completed within 30 days of receiving your request.
