Gallabox pricing India 2026: the short answer

Gallabox pricing in India starts at ₹2,399 a month for the Basic plan billed annually, or ₹2,999 a month billed quarterly. There is no monthly plan. Essential costs ₹5,599–₹6,999 a month and Advanced ₹13,599–₹16,999. That is only the subscription: WhatsApp messages are prepaid on top at rates about 15% above Meta's base, and extra seats, channels and AI usage add more.

I checked every figure against Gallabox's pricing page and its billing docs on 30 September 2026. Disclosure: my team at Codingclave builds PayPerWA, a competing pay-per-message platform. The head-to-head lives on a separate PayPerWA vs Gallabox comparison; this page covers Gallabox on its own terms. If WhatsApp API billing is new to you, start with our WhatsApp API pricing comparison for India.

Quick answer:

  • Plans: Basic ₹2,399, Essential ₹5,599, Advanced ₹13,599 a month on annual billing, which is 20% cheaper than quarterly (₹2,999 / ₹6,999 / ₹16,999). Enterprise is custom.
  • Seats: Basic is capped at 3 users. Essential includes 6 (₹1,200 per extra user), Advanced 10 (₹1,500 per extra user).
  • Messages: ₹0.9926 per marketing message and ₹0.1323 per utility, authentication or service message on Gallabox's India rate card, about 15% over Meta's base (my calculation).
  • Real monthly bill before GST: about ₹4,781 for a small Basic team, ₹29,174 for an 8-agent Essential team sending 20,000 marketing messages, ₹1,23,674 for a high-volume Advanced setup.
  • From 1 October 2026: Meta charges for service replies and for utility templates sent inside the 24-hour window, on every provider. Gallabox's docs say the first 1,000 service replies per number each month are free.

Gallabox pricing at a glance (2026)

Plan Billed quarterly Billed annually
Basic ₹2,999/mo ₹2,399/mo
Essential ("Most popular") ₹6,999/mo ₹5,599/mo
Advanced ₹16,999/mo ₹13,599/mo
Enterprise Custom Custom, multi-year available

If you're comparing older articles: Growth, Scale and Pro are the previous names for Basic, Essential and Advanced, at the same annual prices. Gallabox also lists every plan in USD and AED:

Plan USD (annual / quarterly) AED (annual / quarterly)
Basic $112 / $150 412 / 549
Essential $248 / $331 911 / 1,214
Advanced $474 / $632 1,740 / 2,319

These limits are what push teams into a higher plan:

Limit Basic Essential Advanced Enterprise
Users included 3 (hard cap) 6 10 Custom
Extra user/month Not available ₹1,200 ₹1,500 Custom
Extra channel/month Not available ₹1,200 ₹1,200 On request
AI credits/month 500 2,000 8,000 Custom pool
Active chatbot flows 5 20 100 Unlimited
Broadcast contacts/month 10,000 5 lakh 10 lakh Unlimited
Support response 48 hours 24 hours 24 hours Custom

Every plan includes 1 WhatsApp Business number, 1 Instagram handle and 1 website widget. On Essential and Advanced, each extra channel costs ₹1,200 / $20 / AED 70 a month. Basic can't add a second number or handle at all, so a second brand or city forces an upgrade.

Last verified: 30 September 2026 against gallabox.com/pricing. Prices exclude GST and WhatsApp message charges.

Is there a monthly plan? Quarterly vs annual and your upfront cash

No. The shortest commitment is a quarter, so this is what leaves your account on day one:

Plan Paid quarterly Paid annually Annual saving
Basic ₹8,997 ₹28,788 ₹7,200
Essential ₹20,997 ₹67,188 ₹16,800
Advanced ₹50,997 ₹1,63,188 ₹40,800

GST on software subscriptions is typically 18%, which would make Basic annual about ₹33,970 upfront; confirm the tax line on your quote. Your first Message Credit top-up comes on top.

My advice: pay quarterly for the first term while you learn your real seat count and volume. Annual is 20% cheaper, but not if you outgrow Basic's 3 users in month four.

What each Gallabox plan actually gets you

Basic (₹2,399–₹2,999/mo): 3 users, 1 number, 10,000 contacts

Basic includes web AI agents, basic forms, catalog and payments, 500 AI credits, 5 active chatbot flows and 48-hour support. The AI agent works on the website widget; WhatsApp and Instagram AI agents start on Essential.

It suits a founder plus one or two agents on one number, broadcasting to fewer than 10,000 contacts a month. A 4th agent, a second number or a WhatsApp AI agent each means moving to Essential: ₹3,200 a month more on annual billing, ₹4,000 more on quarterly.

Essential (₹5,599–₹6,999/mo): 6 users, ₹1,200 per extra seat

Essential adds WhatsApp and Instagram AI agents, an inbox AI copilot, drip campaigns and 5 custom views, with 2,000 AI credits, 20 active flows, 5 lakh broadcast contacts and 24-hour support.

For most Indian support teams this is the working plan. Eight agents cost ₹7,999 a month (₹5,599 + 2 × ₹1,200). Twelve cost ₹12,799, still below Advanced's base price.

Advanced (₹13,599–₹16,999/mo) and Enterprise

Advanced includes 10 users (₹1,500 per extra), AI voice on WhatsApp and phone, pipeline management, appointment booking, dynamic forms and 10 custom views, with 8,000 AI credits, 100 flows and 10 lakh broadcast contacts.

On seat count alone it's poor value: 12 users cost ₹16,599 on Advanced against ₹12,799 on Essential. It pays off when it replaces a separate sales CRM, booking tool or voice setup. Enterprise adds custom AI fine-tuning, a dedicated customer success manager, an uptime SLA and on-premise or private-cloud options.

Which plan do you need for a given feature?

Feature First plan that includes it
Web chat AI agent, basic forms, catalog and payments Basic
WhatsApp and Instagram AI agents Essential
Inbox AI copilot, drip campaigns Essential
Second WhatsApp number or Instagram handle Essential (₹1,200/mo add-on)
Dynamic forms, pipelines, appointment booking Advanced
AI voice on WhatsApp and phone Advanced
Custom AI fine-tuning, uptime SLA, private cloud Enterprise

Does Gallabox mark up WhatsApp message charges?

Yes, though Gallabox doesn't call it a markup or publish a percentage. Its India per-message rate card, labelled effective through 30 September 2026, compares with Meta's base like this:

Message type Meta base Gallabox Extra per 1,000
Marketing ₹0.8631 ₹0.9926 ₹129.50
Utility / authentication ₹0.1150 ₹0.1323 ₹17.30
Service (from 1 Oct 2026) Utility rate ₹0.1323 ₹17.30

Per lakh messages, that is ₹12,950 extra on marketing and ₹1,730 on utility.

The maths: ₹0.8631 × 1.15 = ₹0.9926 and ₹0.115 × 1.15 = ₹0.1323. That 15% is my derivation, not a Gallabox figure. The Meta base rates match our Interakt pricing audit, after Meta's 10% India increase on 1 January 2026. Interakt's published rates work out about 10–12% over Meta, WATI keeps its margin in an in-account rate card, and AiSensy's ₹1.09 is about 26% over, so Gallabox sits in the usual range.

How billing works:

  • The plan is a flat subscription. Messages are paid from prepaid Message Credits; at zero balance, sending stops, even mid-campaign.
  • AI Credits sit in a separate AI Wallet. When they run out, AI features stop and everything else keeps working.
  • Meta bills template messages only when they are delivered.

I didn't find a published rate card for October onwards, so check the live version before budgeting.

What changes on 1 October 2026

Meta's non-template message pricing changes on 1 October 2026 for every provider:

  • Service messages become chargeable at the same per-market rate as utility and authentication, with no volume tiers.
  • Utility templates sent inside the 24-hour customer service window become chargeable. They had been free since 1 July 2025.
  • The 72-hour free entry point window is unchanged. If you run click-to-WhatsApp ads, our WhatsApp ads cost guide covers that side.

Gallabox's docs add that each business number gets 1,000 free service messages per calendar month, then pays the utility rate; in-window utility templates are billed from the first one. Meta's page doesn't mention that allowance, so check your first October invoice.

Worked example: 5,000 service replies from one number plus 2,000 order-status templates inside open chats. Service: 4,000 billable × ₹0.1323 ≈ ₹529. In-window utility: 2,000 × ₹0.1323 ≈ ₹265. That is about ₹794 a month that was free in September.

Real monthly cost of Gallabox at 3 volumes

Assumptions: Gallabox's current India rate card, annual billing, included AI credits are enough, every template delivered, figures before GST.

  • A, small D2C on Basic: 3 users, 2,000 marketing and 3,000 utility templates, 800 service replies.
  • B, growing brand on Essential: 8 agents, 20,000 marketing and 10,000 utility, 5,000 service replies on one number.
  • C, high volume on Advanced: 12 agents, 2 numbers, 1 lakh marketing and 50,000 utility, 12,000 service replies.
Line item A (Basic) B (Essential) C (Advanced)
Plan ₹2,399 ₹5,599 ₹13,599
Extra seats ₹0 ₹2,400 ₹3,000
Extra number ₹0 ₹0 ₹1,200
Marketing ₹1,985 ₹19,852 ₹99,260
Utility ₹397 ₹1,323 ₹6,615
Templates subtotal ₹4,781 ₹29,174 ₹1,23,674
Service replies (from 1 Oct) ₹0 ₹529 ₹1,323
Total from October ₹4,781 ₹29,703 ₹1,24,997
Markup over Meta (templates) ₹311 ₹2,763 ₹13,815

Takeaways:

  • In A, the plan is half the bill, so the billing term and seat cap matter more than message rates.
  • B is off Basic twice over: 8 agents exceed the 3-user cap, and 20,000 marketing sends may exceed Basic's 10,000 broadcast contacts.
  • In C, messages are about 85% of the bill. The same volumes on Essential cost ₹1,19,874 (₹5,599 + 6 × ₹1,200 + ₹1,200 + messages), ₹3,800 less, so C belongs on Advanced only if you use its pipelines, booking or AI voice.
  • Quarterly billing adds ₹600, ₹1,400 and ₹3,400 a month respectively.

Your own estimate: plan + extra seats + extra channels + (marketing × ₹0.9926) + (utility × ₹0.1323) + (service replies beyond 1,000 per number × ₹0.1323).

Seat count or message mix still fuzzy? WhatsApp Ashish on +91 92771 84741 with how many agents you have and roughly what you send each month. I'll put them through the formula above and send the plan that fits back to you.

Hidden costs and limits to check before you pay

When a team shows me its WhatsApp budget, the plan fee is usually there and the message wallet often isn't, even though the wallet becomes the bigger line on any provider past a few thousand marketing messages a month. Also check:

  • Seat creep. Basic stops at 3 users; the 4th agent costs ₹3,200 a month through the forced upgrade.
  • Extra channels. ₹1,200 a month each on Essential and Advanced; Basic can't add any.
  • Broadcast definition. Ask whether Basic's 10,000 limit counts unique contacts or total sends, and whether API-triggered order updates count. I couldn't find it defined publicly.
  • AI credit top-ups. 500 credits won't last if an AI agent answers every chat, and the top-up rate isn't public.
  • Meta's own Business Agent. Only if you switch it on, separately from Gallabox's AI credits: Meta charges US$2.00 per 1M tokens from 1 August 2026, about 4–5 US cents per message by its own estimate.
  • Lock-in, tax and currency. Quarterly minimum, 12 months on annual, GST on top, and USD or AED billing ties your rupee cost to exchange rates.

Will Gallabox fit your stack? Shopify, Zoho, Razorpay

I haven't tested each integration myself; this is what Gallabox publishes and what I'd confirm during the trial.

  • Shopify: a paid add-on; the Gallabox app on the Shopify App Store lists $5 a month with a 7-day free trial. The fee isn't on Gallabox's pricing page.
  • Zoho CRM and Zoho Books: Gallabox has official Zoho CRM docs and a Zoho Books guide; its CRM page also covers HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Razorpay: listed among Gallabox's integrations, and Basic includes catalog and payments. Test a payment link end to end on the plan you'll buy.
  • WhatsApp Flows and forms: Basic lists basic forms; dynamic forms are Advanced-only, so a lead form that branches on answers means budgeting for Advanced.
  • Zapier, Google Sheets, Calendly, Zoom: listed on the site. Zapier adds its own subscription.

I couldn't confirm whether any integration is limited to a higher plan, so ask for that in writing. A custom ERP or in-house order database needs API work on any platform.

Who Gallabox suits (and who should skip it)

Good fit:

  • Support teams of roughly 4–15 agents who want WhatsApp, Instagram and web chat in one inbox, usually on Essential with extra seats.
  • Utility-heavy senders: Gallabox's ₹0.1323 is only ₹17.30 per 1,000 above Meta's base.
  • Sales teams that want pipelines, appointment booking and AI voice in one tool (Advanced).
  • Zoho-based businesses, given the documented integrations.

Think twice if:

  • You're a solo founder sending a few hundred messages a month. ₹8,997 a quarter is a lot before your first message.
  • You need a 4th agent or a second number but only Basic's features.
  • You mostly send marketing messages, have little utility volume, stay under about 80,000 marketing messages a month and don't need CRM features.
  • You need month-to-month billing.

Gallabox vs alternatives (2026)

Competitor figures come from our own 2026 audits and a 30 September 2026 check of WATI's INR page; confirm current prices on each vendor's site.

Platform Entry price Seats Message fee
Gallabox ₹2,399/mo (annual) 3 / 6 / 10 by plan ~15% over Meta (derived)
WATI ₹2,199/mo (annual), ₹2,999 monthly 3 on Growth, no extras; ₹1,299 per extra on Pro Not published; in-account rate card
Interakt ₹3,499/quarter (~₹1,166/mo) Plan-based About 10–12% over Meta on published rates
AiSensy ₹1,500/mo Owner + 5 agents; ₹750 per extra About 26% over Meta on marketing
Gupshup Usage-based Ask the vendor ~$0.001 (about ₹0.09) per message over Meta
Meta Cloud API direct No platform fee Build your own inbox Meta rates, plus development and hosting
PayPerWA (ours) ₹0 subscription Team inbox included ₹0.20 per message + Meta charges

For more options, see our AiSensy pricing breakdown and our list of the cheapest WhatsApp API providers in India.

Subscription + markup vs pay-per-message: the break-even

PayPerWA is ours. It charges ₹0.20 per message plus Meta's charges, which our pricing lists as ₹0.86 marketing and ₹0.13 utility: about ₹1.06 per marketing and ₹0.33 per utility message, with no subscription, setup fee or lock-in, and failed messages refunded to the wallet. Note that our listed ₹0.13 utility figure sits about ₹0.015 above the ₹0.115 Meta base in the markup table; I've used it as listed.

Scenario (templates only) Gallabox PayPerWA (ours)
A: 2,000 marketing + 3,000 utility ₹4,781 ₹3,110
B: 20,000 marketing + 10,000 utility ₹29,174 ₹24,500
C: 1 lakh marketing + 50,000 utility ₹1,23,674 ₹1,22,500
C on Gallabox Essential ₹1,19,874 ₹1,22,500

Gallabox charges ₹0.0674 less per marketing message and ₹0.1977 less per utility message. So Gallabox works out cheaper when ₹0.0674 × marketing + ₹0.1977 × utility is more than its plan + extra seats + extra channels.

  • Marketing only, on Essential: break-even at about 83,000 messages a month.
  • Utility only: about 12,100 a month on Basic, 28,300 on Essential.
  • Mixed volume: scenario C on Essential already favours Gallabox by about ₹2,600.

Cost isn't the whole comparison. Gallabox bundles Instagram and web chat, AI agents, drip campaigns and, on Advanced, pipelines, booking and AI voice. PayPerWA is a WhatsApp platform covering bulk campaigns, a 2-way team inbox, a drag-and-drop chatbot builder, CSV import and delivery tracking. If you need the CRM side, the per-message saving may not matter. The feature-by-feature view is on the PayPerWA vs Gallabox page.

A dated note: PayPerWA's published pricing still lists in-window service replies as free. Meta's 1 October 2026 change applies to every provider, PayPerWA included, which is why this table compares template costs only.

Gallabox pricing FAQs

Does Gallabox have a free trial, and is billing prepaid or postpaid?

Yes. Gallabox's pricing page offers a free trial with no credit card required and 500 AI credits, but doesn't state the trial length. After that, the plan is billed quarterly or annually in advance, and WhatsApp message charges are prepaid through Message Credits; sending stops when that balance hits zero. I couldn't confirm a minimum top-up or whether Enterprise offers postpaid billing, so ask Gallabox for both in writing.

Is the Gallabox Shopify integration free or a paid add-on?

It's a paid add-on. Shopify appears in Gallabox's integration catalogue, but the fee isn't on the pricing page: the Gallabox listing on the Shopify App Store shows $5 a month with a 7-day free trial, as of 30 September 2026. Also budget for the messages it sends. Cart-recovery templates are normally marketing, about ₹0.99 each on Gallabox's rate card, while order and shipping updates are utility, about ₹0.13 each.

What happens when Gallabox AI credits run out?

AI credits sit in a separate AI Wallet used by the Chat AI Agent, AI Reply, AI Rewrite, AI Translate and GPT nodes. Plans include 500 credits a month on Basic, 2,000 on Essential and 8,000 on Advanced. When the wallet is empty, AI features stop, but the inbox, broadcasts and non-AI chatbot flows keep working. The top-up price isn't on the pricing page, so check it during your trial.

Will WhatsApp customer service replies cost money after October 2026?

Yes, on every provider. From 1 October 2026 Meta charges service messages at the utility rate and bills utility templates sent inside the 24-hour window. Gallabox's docs say each business number gets 1,000 free service messages a month, then pays ₹0.1323 each on its current rate card. So 5,000 service replies from one number would cost about ₹529 a month. The 72-hour free entry point window is unchanged.

Can I switch Gallabox plans or move from quarterly to annual billing mid-term?

Upgrading is the usual path, for example Basic to Essential when you hire a 4th agent, which costs ₹3,200 a month more on annual billing. I didn't find proration, downgrade or refund terms, including for unused Message Credits, on the public pricing page or billing docs. Because annual billing commits you for twelve months, pay quarterly first and get the upgrade terms in writing before switching.
