Payment Gateway Reality (The Honest Bit)

Honest gateway truth
- If your business is incorporated in India and customers are India + diaspora: start with Cashfree, fall back to Razorpay.
- If you're Gulf-based or your majority customers are Gulf: Tap is the default choice.
- Some operators use crypto/USDT for B2B diamond procurement (paying their upstream supplier in crypto, accepting fiat from customers) — that's a separate parallel rail, not the customer-facing payment.
