UP Hospital HEM 2.0 + ABDM Compliance Done Right

UP mandated HEM 2.0 (Hospital Empanelment Module 2.0) compliance from January 2026 via SACHIS portal. Whether a hospital is suspended, and when it is restored, is decided by SACHIS, so check its current circular for your deadline. Most UP empanelled hospitals will need HEM 2.0 SACHIS documentation and ABDM M1–M3 integration in their HMS. We handle the software and documentation side before enforcement action.
