Overview
Our ready-made clinic software is ₹29,999 one-time, and custom builds start at ₹2,00,000. We have no office in Indore; everything is delivered remotely from Lucknow. Further down, with official sources: what Madhya Pradesh's nursing-home licence asks of you, and the NABH rule for Ayushman hospitals. Test any vendor's demo against both, ours included.

Quick answer
What does healthcare software cost for an Indore clinic or hospital, and which kind fits?
It depends on whether you have beds. For an OPD-only clinic, our clinic software costs ₹29,999 one-time or ₹2,999 a month. Once you have beds and IPD, the hospital software adds pharmacy, lab and insurance claims for ₹49,999 one-time or ₹4,999 a month. Custom builds start at ₹2,00,000, at a fixed price once the scope is agreed. Ask on WhatsApp for a 2-day trial first. Whoever you buy from, check it can produce MP's patient registers, case sheets and staff records. For Ayushman patients, plan for NABH Final Level first: the State Health Agency's 2025 order names Indore.
- On any demo, ask to see MP's Form D and Form E registers printed
- Pharmacy software for a hospital's medical store: ₹29,999 one-time or ₹2,999 a month

Ready-made or custom: what fits a one-doctor OPD, a nursing home or a hospital
Start from how patients move through your building. A one-doctor OPD in Old Palasia and a 30-bed nursing home with its own operation theatre should not buy the same software.
| Your set-up | Get this working first | Our option | Pick something else if |
|---|---|---|---|
| One doctor, OPD only | Queue, prescriptions, billing, WhatsApp reminders | Clinic software, ₹29,999 one-time or ₹2,999 a month | You want the smallest monthly bill: see the Indore price table |
| Several doctors or branches | Doctor schedules, follow-ups, branch reports | Clinic software; multi-clinic branch support is in its feature list | Each doctor already uses a specialty app you want to keep |
| Nursing home with beds | Admissions, bed allocation, discharge and IPD billing | Hospital software, ₹49,999 one-time or ₹4,999 a month; check it against MP's licence records on the demo | You want the vendor at your reception on go-live day |
| Hospital with IPD, pharmacy, lab and TPA patients | IPD billing, pharmacy stock, lab reports, claims | Hospital software with pharmacy, lab and claims; pharmacy software for a stand-alone store | Another vendor can show ABHA-linked records live and you need them now |
| Group, specialty or unusual workflow | Your own referral, package-billing or owner reports | Custom build from ₹2,00,000 | The ready-made software already fits |

What Madhya Pradesh’s nursing-home licence asks of you, and the records that follow
Private clinics, labs, physiotherapy establishments and nursing homes in Indore are licensed under the Madhya Pradesh Upcharyagriha Tatha Rujopchar Sambandhi Sthapnaye (Registrikaran Tatha Anugyapan) Adhiniyam, 1973 and its 1997 Rules, through the Directorate of Health Services' MPOnline portal. The patient registers come from the Rules. An amendment of 13 October 2021 rewrote several rules and set the current bed, staffing and reporting rules that the portal's FAQ summarises. The English Rules file predates it, so where they differ (staff changes: 60 days there, 7 days now), the table follows the amendment.
The last column is a buyer's checklist, not our feature list: ask every vendor, us included, to show each row on the demo.
| What the rule says | Where | Ask the vendor to show |
|---|---|---|
| Registration and a licence to open, keep or carry on a nursing home or a clinical establishment such as a clinic or lab; government and local-authority establishments, among others, are outside the Act | Act s.3, s.2(aa), s.15 | Licence category, number and renewal date |
| A Form D register of admitted patients, an index of names, and a case sheet per patient with register number, admission and discharge dates, final diagnosis and result of treatment | Rules r.14 (2021) | An admission register and case sheet with these fields |
| Clinics, labs and physiotherapy units keep a Form E register of patients examined, treated or tested | Rules r.15 | An OPD and test register that prints as Form E |
| A death in the nursing home is reported within 24 hours, with the cause of death and other particulars | Rules r.16 | A death record that produces this report |
| Every record, register, treatment chart, report and bill carries the nursing home's registration and licence number | Schedule II (r), 2021 | Both numbers on registers, reports and bills |
| Beds are General, High Dependency Unit, Intensive Care Unit or Oxygen Supported | FAQ Q5 | A bed master in these four categories |
| Staff changes, with dates, go online to the Supervising Authority within 7 days | Rules r.12 (2021); FAQ Q7 | A staff register with joining and leaving dates |
| Doctors' State Medical Council numbers are linked to the portal; a resident doctor may work in only one nursing home in the state | FAQ Q9, Q19 | Each doctor's council number, resident or visiting |
| One resident doctor per 20 beds or part, one more per 50 out-patients a day or part; 4 nurses per 20 beds | FAQ Q14, Q16 | A daily OPD count to check staffing |
| Notifiable diseases such as cholera, measles and COVID-19 are reported immediately; gastroenteritis and infective hepatitis at 5 or more cases in 24 hours | FAQ Q25 | A flag on these diagnoses and a 24-hour count |
| A nursing home operates only after the MP Pollution Control Board's bio-medical waste authorisation | FAQ Q11 | The authorisation number and expiry |
A made-up example, not a client case study: an allopathy nursing home in Indore with 25 beds and about 60 out-patients a day. The FAQ's staffing table (Q18) puts 21–40 beds at 8 nurses and 2 resident doctors. Q16 adds a doctor for every 50 out-patients a day or part, so 60 out-patients add 2 more: 4 doctors in all. Past 100 out-patients a day it needs a fifth doctor, so the daily OPD count belongs in the software. A summary for planning software, not legal advice.

Ayushman patients in Indore: NABH Final Level comes before any software
For a hospital that treats, or wants, Ayushman patients, this outweighs the software choice.
The order for Indore
An order of 23 September 2025 from the State Health Agency, Ayushman Bharat Niramayam, says that in major cities like Bhopal, Indore, Gwalior and Jabalpur only hospitals with a NABH Final Level Quality Certificate will be empanelled under AB PM-JAY. Entry Level hospitals had until 31 March 2026 to get certified; from 1 April 2026 new hospitals are enrolled only with Final Level. That is how the MP High Court's order of 21 January 2026 records it. The court also notes orders of 10 October 2025 giving several private hospitals a conditional three-year extension or renewal to get the certificate. It dismissed a public-interest petition against these orders as not maintainable, leaving affected hospitals free to file their own.
Where it stood in October 2026, as reported
The Free Press Journal reported on 4 October 2026 that the rule took effect on 1 October 2026 after a six-month extension, and that IMA Madhya Pradesh and the United Private Hospitals Directors Association would boycott the scheme indefinitely from 8 October, over dues, claim deductions and the NABH mandate, unless the government held talks and gave a written resolution before then. We found no later report or official word on whether it went ahead. This is news, not an official notice, and the State Health Agency's website did not load on 28 October 2026, so confirm the position with the agency.
What software can and cannot do
Software does not get a hospital NABH accreditation. Ours lists patient records, billing, and insurance and TPA claim management in one system; PM-JAY pre-authorisation is not on its feature list. On the guided demo, ask us what it records for a PM-JAY patient and which steps you would still do outside it.

ABDM is national: what to check, and how long adding it takes
ABDM, the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission, is national, not a Madhya Pradesh rule.
Treat any ABDM claim as one to test
Our hospital software's product page says ABDM M1–M3 is a separate integration project and that the product is not NHA-certified today. Test any ABDM claim, from us or anyone: ask which ABDM milestones the software has cleared, and ask to see it working.
Adding it to software you already run
We can add the M1–M3 integration to your current hospital software in 8–12 weeks, plus NHA's own review steps, which we do not control. It is quoted after we see your software.

What Indore sellers list for clinic and hospital software
Sellers' own listings, as we read them on 28 October 2026.
| Seller | Product as listed | Price as listed | Terms shown |
|---|---|---|---|
| IndiaMART, sellers tagged Indore | Hospital software | ₹5,000 to ₹10,00,000; 9 of the 12 priced listings are ₹40,000 or less | Some state a 1-year licence |
| Marg Solution, Indore | Hospital Management Software Service | ₹50,000 a pack | 1-year licence, Windows, free demo |
| Marg Solution | Clinic Management Software | ₹14,500 a piece | 1-year licence, desktop only |
| DocBase, Indore page | Clinic software, monthly | ₹1,999 a month for one doctor; ₹5,999 for up to five | 30-day free trial, no setup fee |
A 1-year licence has to be renewed, so ask what year two costs. Three years of Marg Solution's ₹50,000 hospital pack comes to ₹1,50,000 if the price holds; our hospital licence is ₹49,999 once and perpetual, on your own server. For a one-doctor OPD we are not the cheapest monthly option. We compete on ownership.

How we work with an Indore clinic or hospital from Lucknow
We are not in Indore. The demo, set-up, staff training and, for the clinic software, data migration all happen remotely from Lucknow, on WhatsApp, email and online sessions.
You deal with Ashish Sharma, the founder, Mon–Sat 10:00–19:00 IST. The ratings near the top of this page cover the whole company, not Indore or healthcare alone, and we have no healthcare client we can name here. So judge the software yourself: the hospital software's guided demo takes about 20 minutes, and the clinic, hospital and pharmacy software can each be tried free for 2 days on request over WhatsApp.

When an Indore firm, or a cheaper app, is the better pick
You want someone at your front desk
Everything we offer here is remote. If a person in the building on go-live day matters, start with an Indore firm; MediBest, Marg Solution and Hexaloop came up on Google for Indore healthcare, clinic and hospital software searches on 28 October 2026.
One doctor, smallest bill
DocBase at ₹1,999 a month costs less than our ₹2,999 plan. Pick it if you are happy to rent rather than own.
