The Problem We Solved
Anand Medico Chemist, an established local pharmacy, wanted to expand beyond walk-in customers by establishing an online presence. They needed a digital catalog to showcase their product range, accept orders online, and manage inventory efficiently. The challenge was building an intuitive e-commerce experience for a customer base that was not accustomed to ordering medicines online, while maintaining accurate stock information across online and offline channels.
What We Built
We built a user-friendly e-commerce medical store using WooCommerce with a clean product catalog, category-based navigation, search functionality, and a streamlined checkout process. The platform includes inventory management that syncs with in-store stock, order tracking for customers, and an admin dashboard for the pharmacy team to manage products, orders, and customer communications.
