A full UI/UX project includes user research (interviews, surveys, analytics review), competitor analysis, information architecture and user flow mapping, low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity Figma mockups for all pages and states, interactive clickable prototypes, usability testing with real users, design iteration based on feedback, and a complete design system with component library for developers. For bilingual projects, both English and Arabic layouts are designed in parallel.

Arabic design requires right-to-left (RTL) mirroring of the entire interface — navigation, reading flow, form fields, icons with directional meaning, and image placement all flip. Typography needs attention too: Arabic script requires larger line heights, different font weights, and careful handling of mixed Arabic-English text. We design both LTR and RTL versions simultaneously in Figma, ensuring neither feels like an afterthought.

We work primarily in Figma, delivering organized design files with auto-layout components, design tokens (colors, typography, spacing), responsive variants for desktop, tablet, and mobile, interactive prototypes for stakeholder review, and a component library that developers can inspect directly via Figma Dev Mode. All assets are exported in optimized formats (SVG, WebP, PNG) ready for development.

We follow a design-then-develop workflow: design sprints run 1-2 weeks ahead of development. Developers access Figma files with exact specifications — spacing, colors, fonts, responsive breakpoints — through Figma Dev Mode. We also provide a design system documentation page with usage guidelines. During development, our designers review implementations and provide feedback to ensure pixel-perfect results.

Dubai businesses must comply with UAE data protection laws (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), TDRA telecommunications regulations, and sector-specific rules — DTCM licensing for tourism portals, RERA guidelines for real estate listings, and DFSA standards for fintech applications. We build compliance into every project from day one.

Critical. Dubai's population is over 85% expatriate, spanning Arabic, English, Hindi, Urdu, and Tagalog speakers. At minimum, your website needs English and Arabic (with proper RTL layout). E-commerce stores targeting the broader GCC benefit from adding Hindi and Urdu as well. We implement full RTL support and language switching as standard.

At minimum: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Cash on Delivery (still 25-30% of orders in the UAE). For higher conversions, add Tabby and Tamara for buy-now-pay-later, which can boost checkout rates by 20-30%. We integrate all major UAE payment gateways including Network International, Telr, and PayTabs.
