Below is what each client is, what the public record shows, and where the site you find today is no longer ours. No invented traffic figures, no borrowed quotes: if we cannot show it, we leave it out.

What Gulf work can Codingclave actually show me?

Two named builds. Dubai Digital Xchange, a Dubai summit linking Asian AI and robotics firms with Gulf business and government, had a Next.js site with Sanity CMS that we built; the client's current site runs on Yola and is not our work. The Sharqiyah International Race, a road race in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, runs on Next.js today in Arabic and English. For the wider record, read our Google reviews and Upwork feedback.

  • We print no results for either project, because we have none we can verify.
  • Both are event websites: one business summit, one public road race.
  • A reference call is possible only where a past client agrees to it.

Dubai Digital Xchange: Next.js with Sanity CMS

APAC-Dubai Digital Xchange (ADDx) describes itself as a summit bringing AI, robotics and digital-technology companies from Asia together with business and government leaders in Dubai. Its own site says the 2025 edition ran over two days in Dubai and launched UAE chapters of the Asia AI Association and the APAC Assistive Robotics Association.

  • What we built

    The event website, on Next.js, with Sanity as the content management system behind it. That is all we state about the scope; we will not list pages, features or visitor numbers we cannot show you.

  • What is live now

    Not our build. When we checked dubaidigitalx.com on 11 and 12 October 2026 it was running on Yola, a hosted site builder. Clients move platforms for their own reasons; we do not speak for this one.

  • What the archive shows

    The Wayback Machine holds no copy of our Next.js build. Its captures of dubaidigitalx.com, from March and April 2026, already show the Yola site, with none of the /_next/ files a Next.js page loads. There is no public snapshot of our work to send you to, and we would rather say so than point you at a site we did not make.

Sharqiyah International Race: Next.js, in Arabic and English

The Sharqiyah International Race is a road race on the Al Khobar Corniche in Saudi Arabia's Eastern Province, with a kids' mile, a 5 km and a half marathon. Its website gives the 2026 race date as Saturday 12 December. It is a Saudi event, not a UAE one, which is why we call it Gulf work.

  • What we built

    The race website, on Next.js. As with Dubai Digital Xchange, our claim stops at the stack: the organiser has not reviewed this page.

  • What you can see live

    runningrace.com.sa serves a Next.js site today; its pages load /_next/ assets. Arabic sits at /ar/ and English at /en/, with race information, results, sponsors, media, contact and registration pages. That describes the public site, not a feature list we claim.

  • What the archive shows

    Wayback captures from August 2024 to late June 2026 show an earlier WordPress and Elementor site at the same address; the Next.js site appears after that. We give no launch date, as the archive only records when its crawler visited.

Why this page names only two projects

We have delivered 200+ projects since 2017, most for clients outside the Gulf. Not every client wants its supplier named, and some sites we built have since been rebuilt by others, as Dubai Digital Xchange shows. So this page lists only Gulf work we can name and you can check. Who did the work, and who will do yours

Codingclave is founder-led. I, Ashish, founded it in 2017 and lead every project from Lucknow, India. We have no UAE office and no +971 number; you reach us on WhatsApp, email or a meeting link.

An event site is not an online store or a CRM. Describe your build and we will show the closest work we have, or say plainly that nothing compares.

What a UAE client gets in writing, whoever the last client was

A portfolio shows what we have made. The contract says what happens on yours, on every UAE project:

  • A fixed price in AED

    One AED figure before VAT, locked when we both sign the written scope; after that, it moves only with the scope. You pay AED invoices by bank transfer, dirham to dirham, into our AED account.

  • Payment in three stages

    40/40/20: a deposit to start, a second 40% at the halfway milestone we agree, the balance at launch.

  • Your code, your IP

    Pay the last invoice and you own the source code and IP outright.

  • Free bug fixes for half a year

    What we built is repaired free if it breaks in its first six months live. Then website care runs AED 600–1,800 a month, or hosting and support alone AED 200–600.

Can I speak to a past client before I sign?

Sometimes. We ask a past client whose project is close to yours whether they will take a short call, and if they agree, we arrange it. We cannot promise one: clients are busy, and some prefer not to be contacted. If nobody is free, you still have 76 Google reviews, our Upwork feedback and the live sites, and you can ask me directly how any project was done.

Why is the Dubai Digital Xchange site no longer your build?

The client moved its site to Yola, a hosted site builder; it was running there when we checked on 11 and 12 October 2026. We do not know their reasons and will not guess. It raises a fair question for any agency: is the work in its portfolio still live, and still theirs? For this project our answer is no, so we say so rather than link to it as ours.

Is the Sharqiyah race a UAE project?

No. The Sharqiyah International Race is held on the Al Khobar Corniche in Saudi Arabia's Eastern Province, and its website is in Arabic and English. We list it because it is Gulf work we can name and you can open in a browser today. Oman's Ash Sharqiyah governorates share the name but are unrelated.

Can you build an event or conference website like these?

Yes. Both are event websites, and Next.js with a content system such as Sanity suits a site whose agenda, speakers and sponsors change often. A custom business website sits in our AED 2,900–17,000 band before VAT, with your figure locked once the written scope is agreed. Online registration with payment is priced as its own line.

Why are there no traffic or sign-up figures on this page?

Because we have no figures from either client that we can verify and publish, and we will not estimate them. Be wary of case studies that print round numbers without a source. What we can show is how we build, the live site where it is still ours, and reviews clients wrote themselves on Google and Upwork.
