What should I send to get a quote?
A few lines are enough: what your business does, what you need (a website, an online store, an app, custom software or a developer by the hour), what it must connect to, such as payments, bookings or a CRM, your deadline, and a rough CAD budget if you have one. Add your province so we can suggest call times. On WhatsApp, a screenshot, a voice note or another firm's proposal works too.

How pricing, payment and tax work
Every figure is in Canadian dollars, and the quote itself costs nothing.
Hourly work
CAD 30–60 an hour, depending on seniority and scope. The rate, the hours and the billing cycle are agreed in writing before any work begins.
Fixed-scope projects
One fixed price once the scope is agreed, so the figure only changes if the scope does.
Paying from Canada
In CAD or USD, by local bank transfer into our Canadian account. That account only receives payments; it is not an office or a Canadian entity.
GST/HST
Prices exclude GST/HST. Our invoices are issued from India; if your business is GST/HST-registered, ask your accountant how to account for imported services.
